Price & Quotations
What is your turn-around time for an order?
We ship orders rather quickly. We ship all expedited orders within 15days (about 2 and a half weeks) and all regular orders within 20-35 days (about 4 and a half weeks)
What is the minimum order quantity for paper box?
We offer low minimums. But we need to check your design, per box style, and size first.
Can I order many sizes and designs for my orders?
You can order any size and design for your order. However, when you order less than 500 units per design, size, or style, you may need to pay additional charges.
How do I make my order expedited?
All expedited orders are priced accordingly. You can get it expedited with some additional charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can make payment using PayPal, Square, Credit Card, Cash Deposit, or Wire transfer.
Can I get my packaging and boxes fully customized?
The soul of custom packaging is……well, customization. The whole point is to make packaging an extension of your branding and a representative of your brand in absentia. You choose the material, size, design, style, finishing, and printing add-ons for the packaging and make it a bridge between your brand and your customer.
Do your prices include shipping charges?
Answer: We offer EXW price, FOB Shenzhen port, China, CIF port price and DDP price too. Each different price is clear. There are no hidden charges of any sort and no unpleasant surprises regarding price.
Design & Art Work
Do you offer designs consultation?
Yes, we offer free design consultation. Our packaging experts and our in-house design team can help you design impressive custom packaging for your brand.
How can I see the final product’s look?
You can see how the final product will look with a 2D or 3D mockup. You can also get a physical sample and see how the material, finish, and add-on mix together. However, the physical sample may cost more.
What is your sample policy?
We offer a free sample in stock. All charges including shipping are discounted when you place a batch order after the sample. You can also see the final output in a 2D or 3D mockup for free.
Will the number of colors in my artwork and design affect the packaging price?

Can I place an order with a 2 D dieline?
Yes, we can start with a 2D dieline. We put your custom packaging artwork on that 2D dieline, make a free mockup, get your approval for the final design and, if approved, we send it to production.
Materials and Printing
Do I need to send you print-ready files?
Absolutely not, you don’t need to submit print-ready files. Our in-house design team will take your artwork and make it print-ready.
Do you print the inner side of the boxes and packaging?
Yes, we print the custom boxes and packaging as our customers require. If you want the inside of the box also printed, please contact us and tell us how you want it done and we will make it happen.
What are my material options for custom packaging?
We offer offset printing, screen printing, metalized printing, digital printing, and gravure printing.
Which file type should I use to send you my artwork for the custom packaging ?
Please use PSD, PDF, AI, format with min of 300dpi file for printing. You can also get help from our in-house design team. Please know that must send us the original designs.
Can I send you our samples or material for reference for custom boxes?
Yes, if you have samples or material , any one you want custom, please send to our factory for reference.
Finishes & Add-ons
What are my finishing options for custom boxes and packaging?
Some of the most prominent printing options include matte, glossy, and soft touch. Contact us if you want another printing technique.
What are add-on options for custom packaging?
We offer embossing, debossing, raised ink, spot UV, and holographic foiling.
How do I measure the size of a custom box for my product?
You will need to measure your product for its length, width, and depth. Length is the longest dimension, width is the shorter dimension when viewed from the top of the box, and depth is the shortest dimension of the product. Add a margin of half an inch on all sizes and you have the box dimensions ready for your product.
Do you also manufacture custom box inserts for product safety?
Yes, we also provide you with custom inserts to safely pack and ship your products.
How do I choose the right box styles for my product?
The right style for a custom box for your product depends on the type of product you have, your branding, and your goal behind using custom packaging. Please go through our menu under “Box by Style”, sift through different box styles, and choose the right one. You can also get help from our packaging experts.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We shall ship the goods by sea, air, train, land according to your place.
How do you ship your orders?
We ship all orders with DHL, UPS, and FedEx., train, or sea.All shipments are trackable.
Can I get order shipped to different locations in different quantities?
Yes, you can get your order shipped to multiple locations. However, please mention this in your order details as we need this information to calculate prices.
What are the shipping charges ?
We offer free shipping to the above-mentioned countries. Freight is base on quantities, weight ,location and shipping methods. Please contact us for shipping quotes for other countries.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, we will give you a tracking number and you can track your shipment throughout its journey to you.
